Residence Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

Definition of excellence. We couldn’t have had a better stay and for sure couldn’t have chosen better. We drove to Virginia … 3 kids, wifey and I to spend some time on the beach for the weekend. I had read some reviews and was a little worried the family may not like the distance from the beach. Let’s just say, walking into the reception, we were blown away by the ambience then the hospitality of the front desk. Breezy check, got to the room … all the kids and wifey were saying was wow! Wow! Wow! Whoever designed the rooms thought of everything. Kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, stovetop, cutlery, wineglasses, dining area complete with seating, pendant lighting, living room area, tv with over 100 pls channels, beautiful room, excellent storages, dressing mirror area, one of the cleanest bathrooms we’ve been in and walk in shower. Extra towels, dispenser shower body and hair wash, extra plus extra towels, lost count of the trash cans in the room, area lighting so u could be up while others sleep. Did I mention the air conditioner? Or the extra sofa bed that my oldest daughter makes her’s when we travel. Breakfast was wonderful in my opinion as we have been in many many “complimentary breakfast” hotels in the past. We didn’t use the gym but the kids all had fun in the indoor pool. Now that I talked about the inside, I’ll let others talk about outside. Suffice it to say that the hotel is 3-5 mins from everything. Food, shopping, entertainment, night time adult dining … I could go on and on but in summary expectations exceeded.

The hotel is an ideal location. Close to main roads, restaurants and shopping. The beach is 15 minutes away. The hotel is very clean and staff was friendly. The one bedroom is spacioust. They have breakfast available until 9am. Although I didn't utilize these amenities, hotel has a pool and a gym for guest use. If im in the town center area again, I will stay at this hotel.

We had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming and informative. We loved our suite it was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of stores near by to shop at. There's a Walmart that is super close to the hotel. We were pleased to know that we can take our dog along for the next trip. Your fur babies are welcomed big or small, for a fee. We also enjoyed the pool. This hotel is very clean inside and out. And the shower was amazing. We were so happy to be able to book this location and will be returning for another visit soon! What didn't l like? There's nothing like staying at a clean hotel. It smelled so good the minute you walked into the lobby. The room was spotless and also smelled good. The guy that checked us in was so pleasant. This hotel would definitely have me as a repeat customer.

The breakfast was awesome,the room was nice and clean,everything smelled so fresh,patio had a tv,fire pit and grill and it was comforting and clean
